We are going through a challenging time as we navigate the impacts of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. COVID-19 is likely to be with us for a long time, and that is why we must prepare a little differently. Kids are actually adjusting to this, just as we all are.. Being flexible, adapting to change, and focusing on the positive are all important life skills to have, and COVID-19 is a great teaching moment for developing those skills.

We are a public charter school in Duval County and will be following all health updates and changes from Florida Department of Health with Duval County Public Schools. As of now, we have both brick and mortar and school based distance education program through end of the school year. Parents may switch between programs in each quarter. All individuals in school campus who show Covid19 symptoms will be isolated until receiving a negative test result. Here are list of Covid19 symptoms.
- Fever (100.4°F or greater) or Chills. You may be fever free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication
- Sore throat
- Abdominal Pain
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- New Loss of taste or smell
- New cough
- New onset of severe headache
